I organize bigger themes in life with Notion.
I keep a curated to do list using Things.
Then at the start of each day (or sometimes at the end of a day prior), I look at all that I hope to accomplish and ask myself:
- What must be done today?
- What is most important to my long term success?
- What does my day already look like?
With that in mind, in HeyToday, I convert to do list tasks into events considering when is the best time to do a task?
During a morning deep work session? In the afternoon when much of my creative energy is zapped. Etc.
